13TH PLACE FINISH IN RTM RACE AT LANGLEY

9/19:: HAMPTON, VA -- Joe Scarbrough had a disappointing finish this weekend in the Rolling Thunder Modifieds race at Langley Speedway. Joe qualified 6th for the event, and made it as high as 5th. On lap 61, gremlins hito the #30 car, resulting in the worst finish of the year in 13th.
