SECOND PLACE FOR SCARBROUGH AT LANGLEY

8/15:: HAMPTON, VA -- Joe Scarbrough added another podium to his 2009 season with another runner-up finish at Langley Speedway. Joe got the pole and managed to lead the first 14 laps of the race before being overtaken by Shawn Balluzzo who went on to become the eventual winner.
